Accuracy : We will use our best efforts to replicate your graphic art as closely as possible. However, there may be slight differences. The clarity of submitted art does directly affect the output & the finished version. To insure the quality of the finished art, be sure to provide detailed instructions including font names. We may substitute any unknown fonts for any similar type face. If you wish to keep the original font please provide it upon ordering.

Ordering Process : You send us the images to be converted by email, we then convert the image and send a low resolution .jpg version of the converted image for your approval within 1-2 business days. Same day rush service is available (at no extra charge!). Please let us know the date & time, if possible, you need the art so that we can quote & schedule it accordingly.

Once approved, you can make payment on our website by credit card. You can then access your converted file through FTP the next day.

In case you need a quote before we begin work, please specify when sending the image. We will quote for the same and wait for you to send us an approval. Once approved, we will follow the process above.
